Overview

Saberdyne Systems ships NDEX sight systems and accessories directly to customers across the United States. All orders are processed and fulfilled from our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. We are committed to getting your order to you quickly, accurately, and in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The available shipping options and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping typically delivers within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited orders are subject to Monday through Friday carrier operations and do not include Saturday delivery unless selected and confirmed at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Saberdyne Systems is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order Accuracy

Please review all shipping details carefully before completing your order. Saberdyne Systems is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at contact@saberdynesystems.com. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Geographic Restrictions

Saberdyne Systems currently ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time. NDEX sight systems are not firearms and do not require FFL transfer. However, state and local laws governing firearm accessories vary. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before placing an order. Orders shipping to jurisdictions where the product cannot legally be delivered will be cancelled.

Firearm accessory laws vary by state and municipality and are subject to change. In the event that a jurisdiction enacts new legislation requiring additional compliance steps — such as age verification, identity confirmation, or other documentation — prior to the sale or shipment of firearm accessories, Saberdyne Systems LLC reserves the right to implement those requirements as necessary to remain compliant. Where such requirements apply, orders may be subject to additional processing time or verification steps before dispatch. Saberdyne Systems will make every reasonable effort to notify affected customers promptly.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the product before handling and contact us at contact@saberdynesystems.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date. We will initiate a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Address Changes and Order Modifications

Contact us immediately if you need to modify your shipping address or order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes may not be possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests made in time.
